Toykidz has a very unique gift finding system that finds the right gift based on several characteristics of the child, including their gender, age, price range, and personality type. These four characteristics seem to be the best indicator for the types of toys that certain kids will most enjoy.
Our toys have been separated by age, based on a child's mental stage in growth, the safety of the toy, and the typical interests of kids in that age range.
To meet any budget, Toykidz groups all its toys into various price categories, ranging from $10, all the way up to $100. This can be particularly handy when you are purchasing a large number of toys for a large group of children (birthday party, business/organization function, etc) and need to stay within a certain budget.
Toykidz believes that every child has his or her own personality, and every toy can be matched to these basic kid personalities, based on what these types of kids seem to enjoy most. For example, for our “Adventurer” personalities we recommend a variety of outdoor toys, such as kites, pool toys, and flying disks, while the “Smarty Pants” personalities are given a wide range of games and learning play sets.

If you are part of our frequent toy buyers, our automatic ordering features allows any customer to arrange shipment of a certain inventory of toys at whatever frequency you need (weekly, monthly, etc). These toys are then automatically billed and shipped to you, without you having to spend the time reordering. Anytime you need to alter the types of toys or the frequency in which you receive them, you can log into your account, make the necessary alterations, then sit back and relax until the next time you need to make changes.
To help keep your orders and preferences organized, we offer an account dashboard to all Toykidz members. This shopping convenience is free to you, and protected by a secure password. From here you can manage your account, check up on orders, create automatic orders, manage your billing and shipping address, and subscribe to our various newsletters.

Returning toys is simple at Toykidz. All items must be returned within 30 days, and be in original, unopened condition, unless damaged or defective. All items must be sent back to our San Antonio, Texas warehouse, unless the packaging slip says otherwise. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, and cannot be exchanged for merchandise. Toykidz will provide damaged merchandise with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you when you call our helpful staff at 877-554-KIDZ (ext. 5439). Please note that in order to receive return shipping costs, you must contact a service representative prior to shipping item. We look forward to serving you.
